Blue Sea Capital Welcomes Kaustuv Sen

Blue Sea Capital LLC (“Blue Sea”) today announced that Kaustuv Sen has joined the firm as a Principal, focused primarily on healthcare investing initiatives. Mr. Sen’s responsibilities will include establishing quality relationships with business owners and executives, sourcing and executing private equity transactions and assisting in the transformational growth of lower middle market companies.

Mr. Sen comes to Blue Sea with a wealth of experience in principal investing and building outstanding companies. Prior to joining Blue Sea Capital, Mr. Sen was at MSD Capital and was previously a Principal at Bain Capital, where he spent over a decade across the firm’s Boston, London, Mumbai and New York offices with a particular focus on healthcare and financial services investments. Prior to Bain Capital, he was an Associate at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman) and an Analyst in the M&A group at Merrill Lynch.
