Blue Sea Capital LLC (“Blue Sea”) announced that its portfolio company, Deca Dental Holdings LLC (“Deca Dental” or the “Company”) has acquired Brush 32 (“Brush 32”), further expanding the Company’s geographic footprint within Texas.

Based in Austin, Texas, Brush 32 is a dental services organization with two offices in the Austin market, including Cedar Park and Round Rock. Following the transaction, Deca Dental will continue to provide dental services to new and existing patients at the current locations under the Brush 32 brand.
