Blue Sea Capital LLC (“Blue Sea”) announced that its portfolio company, Deca Dental Holdings LLC (“Deca Dental” or the “Company”) has acquired Bright Smiles of Coral Springs (“Bright Smiles”), representing the Company’s first strategic expansion outside the state of Texas.

Based in Coral Springs, Florida, Bright Smiles is a leading dental services organization in the south Florida market. Following the transaction, the Company will continue to provide dental services to new and existing patients under the Bright Smiles brand.
