Blue Sea Capital LLC (“Blue Sea”) announced today that it has, in partnership with management, made a significant investment in Deca Dental Group, LLC (“Deca Dental” or the “Company”) to position the Company for continued growth.

Headquartered in Addison, Texas, Deca Dental is a leading dental services organization that supports dentists across more than 30 affiliated practices in providing patients with first-class dental services in a comfortable and convenient neighborhood setting at affordable prices. The Company’s approximately 300 team members, including over 50 dentists, serve patients throughout the Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex, providing a comprehensive suite of services, including general, orthodontic, surgical, cosmetic and restorative dental treatments.

Houlihan Lokey served as exclusive financial advisor to Deca Dental. Financing for the transaction was provided by Golub Capital. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
