Blue Sea Capital Welcomes Paul Schneir
May 15, 2019Blue Sea Capital LLC (“Blue Sea Capital”) today announced that Paul Schneir has joined Blue Sea Capital as an Executive Advisor. Paul will assist the Blue Sea Capital team with the evaluation and management of specialty chemicals investments.
Most recently, Paul served as Segment Head and Managing Director of KeyBanc Capital Markets’ Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Capital Groups, and prior to this, he was a Managing Director in Robert W. Baird & Co.’s Industrials Group. Over the course of Paul’s investment banking career, he originated and executed over 40 chemicals transactions. Paul’s direct operating experience includes the acquisition and ultimate strategic sale of Bronx International to international conglomerate, Fives Group, as well as working as a chemist in new product development at Dow Corning Corp.
