Blue Sea Capital LLC (“Blue Sea”) announced that its portfolio company, Deca Dental Holdings LLC (“Deca Dental” or the “Company”) has acquired Esteem Dental (“Esteem”), further expanding the Company’s geographic footprint within Texas.

Based in Houston, Texas, Esteem Dental is a dental services organization with four office locations in the Houston market, including Kingwood, Crescent, Stone Park and Richmond. Following the transaction, Deca Dental will continue to provide dental services to new and existing patients at the current locations under its Ideal Dental brand.
