Blue Sea Capital made a substantial equity investment in the business alongside existing shareholders, which will fund a significant capacity expansion and support accelerated growth.

Plasma Processes, based in Huntsville, Alabama, is a supplier of advanced materials solutions, including EL-Form® electrodeposition for coatings and net-shape manufacturing, vacuum plasma spray, additive manufacturing, spherical powder and rocket nozzles. The Company has specific expertise with high and ultra-high temperature materials, such as iridium, rhenium, tungsten and molybdenum, and can apply coatings or create parts and powders using advanced deposition processes to improve wear and corrosion resistance, electrical isolation and thermal protection.
